BSO / OST



La excelente banda sonora original de Shadow of the colossus "Roar of the Earth" salió a la venta en Japón el 7 de octubre de 2005.
La banda sonora fue compuesta por Kow Otani (Kō Ōtani), conocido por sus trabajos en Haibane Renmei, Wild Arms y Sky Odyssey entre otros.

Roar of the Eart ganó el premio a la mejor OST del año de la revista Electronic Gaming Monthly (EGM).
Curiosamente, los 7 últimos temas de la BSO no aparecen en el juego. Además, la canción número 22 (Sky Burial) sólo aparece en la versión PAL del título.
